Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle, including demos, evaluations, and end-user training.
  • •Support Sales with technical consultations, system design reviews, and proposal validation.
  • •Plan, coordinate, and execute installation of complex, multi-component systems, including configuration, commissioning, testing, and validation.
  • •Diagnose and resolve technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and document and escalate complex problems.
  • •Maintain accurate service records and documentation, capture customer feedback, and support product validation/testing and software releases.
Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Engineering, Electronics, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Experience in a field service or customer-facing technical role.
  • •Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with independent diagnosis and escalation for complex issues.
  • •Proficiency with Linux and working knowledge of networking concepts (DHCP, subnetting, VPNs).
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
