Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise security staff to ensure duties are discharged effectively and provide 24-hour security coverage throughout the hotel
  • •Assist the Security Manager in implementing, overseeing, and monitoring security matters and enforcement of security policies and regulations
  • •Operate and maintain surveillance equipment according to standards and ensure proper access control, key control, and material control systems
  • •Conduct investigations and oversee responses for theft, loss, vandalism, arson, accidents, or other security incidents
  • •Train, supervise, and schedule staff; keep daily security logs and forward to the Assistant Security Manager for review

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience in a security position in a hotel’s field
  • •Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment
  • •Excellent verbal and written skills in English (local language also required)
  • •Knowledge of fire control
  • •Basics of CCTV security systems
