Key Responsibilities

•Lead and scale paid search programs across Shopping (PLA) and Text Ads, focusing on feed optimization, testing, and ecommerce growth.
•Manage end-to-end Paid Search strategy across Google and emerging engines (e.g., Bing, Brave) to drive performance and scalability.
•Analyze performance data to optimize account structures, keywords, and bidding strategies for a large product catalog.
•Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to implement measurement and reporting frameworks (Looker/SQL) for ROI.
•Maintain a proactive, fast-paced work environment with strong program management to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of managing Paid Search programs with large budgets with a focus on product listing ads
•Strong understanding of feed-based advertising and product-level optimization
•Proven experience with title testing, image testing, and structured experimentation
•Experience building and managing highly granular PLA account structures
•Experience working with large product catalogs in ecommerce environment
