Maintenance Supervisor

Direct and coordinate the maintenance department’s functions and programs, including supervision of personnel, training, and coaching. Lead preventive maintenance planning and execution to ensure proper equipment operation, manage repairs for machinery and facilities, and coordinate maintenance work with operating department requirements. Identify and resolve maintenance problems, order parts and supplies, maintain repair/maintenance records, and drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
