Job Summary

Support TikTok LIVE Operations by assisting Creator Community Managers and Agency Managers to resolve daily creator issues, including operational hurdles and trust & safety concerns. Help develop and localize creator education materials, support planning and execution of localized campaigns, and collect/analyze operational challenges to recommend improvements. Contribute to a range of short-term projects, from in-person events to online initiatives, and help design communication strategies to engage the LIVE creator community.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in resolving issues encountered by creators during the LIVE process, including day-to-day operational hurdles and trust & safety concerns.
•Develop and localize educational materials for creators on operational guidelines, trust & safety policies, and platform features.
•Support planning, localizing, and executing campaigns, including summarizing campaign results for future improvements.
•Collect and analyze operational challenges faced by Creator Managers in daily workflows and organize feedback to identify process improvements.
•Support execution of a broad range of projects, including in-person events and online initiatives, and help design communication strategies to engage the LIVE creator community.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing or recently completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
•Internship availability for at least 4 months (6 months preferred), starting in January or June.
•Basic data analysis skills with proficiency in various data analysis tools.
•Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
•Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and strong interpersonal skills.
