Job Summary

Prepare general arrangement and reinforced concrete detailing including bar bending schedules, ensuring drawings follow project design briefs, WSP standards, and QA procedures. Perform reinforcement quantity estimates and create structural general arrangement, reinforced concrete, and structural steelwork drawings. Use Revit Structures and AutoCAD to support BIM execution planning, coordinate with other disciplines, run quality checks, and export collaboration files such as DWF for internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare general arrangement drawings and reinforced concrete detailing with bar bending schedules, including reinforcement bar quantity estimates.
•Ensure drawings comply with project design brief instructions, WSP standards, and QA procedures, and perform quality drawing checks.
•Complete technical Revit operations and set up drawing sheet formats for individual project requirements.
•Adhere to BIM Execution Plans and BIM workflow criteria, follow BIM content standards, and coordinate with other disciplines.
•Export DWF and other collaboration formats, print drawing sets for reviews, and update team leads and clients on progress and status.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related course.
•Knowledgeable in Revit Structures and AutoCAD for structural modeling and detailing.
•Experience preparing structural general arrangement, reinforced concrete, and structural steelwork drawings.
•Experience with BIM360 and BIM360 docs for project workflows.
•Good English communication skills with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
