Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple jurisdictions, prioritizing a high-quality offboarding experience.
  • •Advise clients on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes while ensuring legal compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate separation-related meetings (e.g., workforce reduction consultations, administrative hearings, negotiations in separations and settlements) to deliver termination outcomes.
  • •Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents with strict attention to privacy and confidentiality; maintain employee records accurately.
  • •Provide first-level employee relations support, conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns, coordinate stakeholders, and drive process improvements through automation and product development.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with legal compliance and care.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and communicate practical recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • •Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Business-level (advanced) proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
