  • •Drive thought leadership and a structured learning agenda across priority opportunity areas, incorporating insights from market tests, pilots, and partner engagements.
  • •Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, influencing product strategy, innovation priorities, and go-to-market decisions.
  • •Partner closely with cross-functional teams across Mastercard—including Technology, CXD, Legal, Risk, and Commercial—to design solutions, manage dependencies, and secure alignment and buy-in.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience in product development roles with a track record of taking products from opportunity identification to commercial launch.
  • •Strong understanding of the global commercial payments ecosystem.
  • •Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics into executive-ready narratives.
