Key Responsibilities

  • •Own SpaceXAI’s compliance program for state and federal employment laws, including meal period/rest breaks, bonuses and benefits, timekeeping and payroll, and discrimination/harassment.
  • •Partner with HR and other organizations to develop employment policies and procedures, including accommodations, leaves of absence, onboarding, and the drug and alcohol program.
  • •Conduct regular audits of compliance program, policies, and procedures and develop and track corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
  • •Provide legal counsel on employment separation matters, job classifications, background checks, and recruiting.
  • •Draft training and provide select training to people leaders, and own OFCCP compliance reports and similar filings.
