Business Care Partner

Own end-to-end order execution for a portfolio of distributor customers, serving as the first contact within the supply chain and resolving requests and disputes. Process orders from validation through dispute resolution, maintain customer communications by email/phone, generate export documents and coordinate shipments, and ensure daily order unblocking and proper order-book management. Partner cross-functionally to drive customer satisfaction, support KPI understanding with the team leader, and continuously propose process improvements for financial performance.
