Provide timely, accurate completion of client transactions while maintaining proper handling of funds and delivering a high-quality client experience. Cross-train to support sales and service activities, including outbound calling, identifying client needs and opportunities, and referring customers to appropriate specialists. Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM), assist with new account openings and problem resolution, and stay current on product knowledge, controls, and risk management.
