Job Summary

Lead cost account management and project execution for the JPALS team supporting precision landing systems across land, sea, and airborne domains. Drive detail planning, status/analysis, and earned value management, while contributing to system design and Model-Based Development. Coordinate with Integrated Product Teams, lead subject matter experts for DO-178 and MIL-STD-882E compliance, and support formal verification and requirement traceability using Python and related engineering artifacts.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide project execution management, including detail planning, cost account management, status, and analysis.
•Perform Model-Based Development work and participate in system design and implementation activities.
•Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and maintain regular interface with Value Stream Leadership and Engineering Management.
•Lead a team of subject matter experts toward DO-178 and MIL-STD-882E compliance.
•Work on and lead formal verification activities in a Python environment, supporting verification and traceability of system requirements.

Key Requirements

•Modify and review changes in MATLAB Simulink in a high-assurance environment such as DO-178 DAL A.
•Advanced-level Python coding experience.

•Prior experience as IPT Lead, Product Owner, and/or Scrum Master.
•Typically requires a STEM degree and minimum 8 years relevant experience (or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years).
