Job Summary

Architect and evolve the foundational data infrastructure for a mental healthcare platform at scale. Lead technical direction for Snowflake data warehousing, ingestion pipelines, orchestration, monitoring, CI/CD, and developer tooling. Partner with Data Analytics & Engineering, Product Engineering, and Machine Learning teams as a technical anchor, driving standards and end-to-end initiatives using AWS infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code.

•Architect, lead, and evolve the data infrastructure powering the data organization, including new AI-driven workflows.
•Serve as a technical anchor across Data Analytics & Engineering, Product Engineering, and Machine Learning teams.
•Set technical direction and drive alignment through architecture review, documentation, and mentorship.
•Own consequential architectural decisions from design to production and codify engineering standards.
•Design and operate scalable warehouse, ingestion, orchestration, monitoring/alerting, and CI/CD systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 212,000 - 265,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years as a Data Platform Engineer, Software/Infrastructure Engineer specializing in data, or Data Engineer in a high-code, high-scale environment.
•Drive data platform/infrastructure technical strategy and cross-functional alignment, including defining roadmaps and engineering standards.
•Build full-stack data platforms across warehousing, ingestion, orchestration, monitoring/alerting, CI/CD, developer tooling, cloud infrastructure, and integrations.
•Deep architectural fluency in warehouse design patterns, performance tuning, cost management, and permissions on MPP analytics (Snowflake preferred).
•Design and operate cloud infrastructure at scale using infrastructure-as-code (AWS preferred; Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CDK), with strong Python and SQL foundations.
