Develop and optimize abnormality detection and anomaly detection systems for semiconductor time-series data, and build root-cause analysis applications to improve yield. Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle—from data ingestion and feature engineering to scalable model deployment—using control-theory-informed analytics and advanced machine learning. Design technical architectures for scalable ML execution, collaborate in an Agile environment, and clearly communicate results to both data science and cross-functional stakeholders.
