Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and drive preventative maintenance programs to keep building systems and facilities operating safely and efficiently.
  • •Provide hands-on support for repairs and maintenance across the property as required.
  • •Manage contractors and service providers for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, fire, security, pest control, cleaning, and essential services.
  • •Oversee maintenance, presentation, and upkeep of common areas, gardens, and grounds; coordinate schedules, quotes, reporting, and asset management plans.
  • •Ensure WHS compliance, manage documentation and compliance registers, support budgeting/expenditure and capital projects, and liaise with Body Corporate representatives, owners, residents, and hotel management.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous hands-on maintenance or facilities management experience, ideally in a hotel or similar environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of building systems, compliance requirements, and property maintenance best practices.

  • •Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop team members.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, plus MS Office (Excel, Word, reporting tools); building qualification highly regarded.
