Job Summary

Senior Analyst in the Theatrical Marketing Analytics team driving data-driven insights for global marketing campaigns. Responsible for campaign performance reporting, audience analysis, data visualization, and AI-enabled tool development; collaborates with Marketing, Research, Media, Digital and Data Science to inform studio decisions and optimize marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct analyses that support theatrical marketing strategy, including audience identification/evaluation, social listening, campaign performance measurement, creative messaging refinement, and competitive analysis.
•Synthesize data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights and business recommendations.
•Partner with Marketing, Research, Media, Digital and Data Science teams to support campaign strategy and answer key business questions.
•Gather, clean, validate, and maintain marketing datasets from internal and external sources with quality control of data feeds.
•Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualization tools that provide timely marketing insights and identify opportunities to improve analytics workflows through automation and AI-enabled tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,481 - 130,625 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, digital analytics, or a related analytical role.
•Ability to apply analytical thinking within a creative business context, including interpreting data through the lens of film genres, audience segments, campaign assets, cultural conversation, and competitive positioning.
•Familiarity with AI-enabled tools, including large language models, and an interest in using them responsibly to improve speed, efficiency, and quality of analysis
•Experience with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is required.
