  • •A relevant tertiary qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Fire/Hydraulics Engineering with ideally 20+ years’ building services industry experience in Australia.
  • •Chartered Engineer status and relevant registrations.
  • •Extensive experience in building engineering, including design and delivery of complex, multidisciplinary building services projects.
  • •Proven senior technical, project, or business leadership experience, including client engagement and commercial management.
  • •Strong commercial understanding across budgets, programmes, contracts, and financial performance, plus stakeholder and negotiation skills.
