Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the QMS for the C-17 TS contract, establishing and maintaining an organizational structure for effective execution and AS9100 compliance.
  • •Manage, plan, coordinate, and head the quality control program to ensure continuous production/service delivery against established standards.
  • •Oversee internal and external audit scheduling, tracking database maintenance, follow-up on deficiencies, and reporting.
  • •Investigate and resolve customer Corrective Action Requests; facilitate Corrective Action Plans using root cause analysis techniques.
  • •Coordinate quality assurance activities across program sites, monitor subcontracted performance, and develop/train quality department staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Management, or a related discipline.
  • •ASQ CQM/OE or CQE certification highly desired.
  • •Proven deployment of continuous process improvement frameworks and tools (e.g., process mapping, cause/effect analysis, flowcharts).
  • •Strong project management skills and ability to independently research and propose solutions.
  • •Ability to ensure contract and work statement requirements are consistently met; excellent oral/written communication and negotiation skills.
