Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the implementation and ongoing management of the organization’s compliance framework in line with SAMA regulations and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • •Monitor SAMA circulars and regulatory updates, assess their impact, and translate applicable requirements into practical compliance actions and internal requirements.
  • •Develop, review, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, standards, and controls.
  • •Perform compliance monitoring/testing, compliance risk assessments, compliance reviews, and document findings with remediation actions and timelines.
  • •Provide day-to-day compliance advisory support, support regulatory reports and examinations, and escalate material compliance risks to leadership as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related discipline.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in compliance, regulatory compliance, risk management, governance, audit, or a related function in a regulated environment (e.g., banking/fintech).
  • •Good working knowledge of SAMA regulatory requirements and applicable Saudi financial services regulations.
  • •Experience with compliance frameworks including compliance monitoring and testing, risk assessments, and internal controls.
  • •Experience developing/reviewing compliance policies, procedures, and controls, and supporting regulatory examinations, audits, reviews, investigations, and remediation activities.
