Lead the Personal Systems portfolio for HP Mexico, overseeing product strategy, portfolio, and P&L across Commercial and Consumer segments. Define the 4P go-to-market plan, align cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, supply chain, finance, product development), and drive growth while mitigating risks. Maintain industry awareness and partner ecosystems to keep HP competitive in the Mexican market.

Key Responsibilities

•Manages and leads product portfolio, operational, and financial aspects of assigned product grouping/segment.
•Develops short and mid-term plans to achieve market growth, revenue, and operating profit goals.
•Leads go-to-market team and identification of new product opportunities.
•Develops strategy with field sales teams, sales management, and other key category stakeholders on programs and product positioning to win business.
•Engages with senior management and key stakeholders to communicate category performance, present plans, and seek support for strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Graduate Degree in Systems Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline; commensurate experience considered
•Typically 10+ years of job-related and/or management experience in category management, P&L management, or related field
•Proficiency in English and Spanish (must)
•Knowledge of Agile Methodology, analytics, and go-to-market strategies
•Experience in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
