Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform technical tests and experiments supporting Metrology (Metro) and RDA process development in wafer fabrication.
  • •Execute test runs and prepare records, charts, and data analysis for engineering review to identify yield issues and support new product development.
  • •Provide hands-on technical support to PDE engineering activities in pilot and production environments.
  • •Analyze measurement data and implement and sustain solutions within HBM pilot line manufacturing.
  • •Identify, investigate, and escalate process abnormalities; support engineering experiments, DOEs, and line qualifications; troubleshoot chronic tool issues and drive long-term fixes.
