Key Responsibilities

  • •Define long-term technical vision and architectural strategy for IAM and account infrastructure domains.
  • •Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Directors to translate business goals into a technical roadmap and prioritize by risk and value.
  • •Act as a technical bridge across Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Security to align with global regulatory changes.
  • •Design, develop, and maintain high-availability IAM products and account infrastructure using Java/Kotlin and cloud-native technologies.
  • •Implement security protocols and best practices (e.g., OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, OWASP) and drive code quality through reviews, tests, and performance/security excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on backend development.
  • •Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Go, or Python.
  • •Deep understanding of IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, SSO, and MFA.
  • •Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and relational/non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Redis).
