Key Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day business activities including planning, budgeting, scheduling, delivery, inventory accuracy, business metrics, and safety.
•Maintain inventory levels, oversee cycle counting and closeout procedures, and manage damaged inventory and full-cycle delivery.
•Oversee delivery personnel compliance with OSHA and company policies while working in the warehouse, operating equipment, and on job sites.
•Coordinate daily activities of team members and drive productivity, teamwork, safety, quality, and job knowledge.
•Collaborate across departments to improve processes and service levels, including performance plans and safety reviews; may prepare and track lien releases.

Key Requirements
