Build and deliver quarterly goals for your backend team within Affirm’s Powered by Affirm (PBA) organization, leading engineers through ambiguous, open-ended problems. •Create and monitor metrics to support the operations and availability of team artifacts, escalating when needed and supporting on-call.
•Set or improve code review and design standards, advocate beyond the team via writing and tech talks, and provide feedback to develop talent.
