Site Manager (Kolwezi, Lualaba, CD)

Lead end-to-end service operations at the Kamoa mining site, ensuring SHEQ compliance, operational excellence, and reliable equipment performance. Manage daily maintenance execution and workforce planning, oversee contract performance and KPIs, and serve as the primary client contact. Drive financial results through P&L management, labour recovery, invoicing, and cost control, while leading and developing the local team. Ensure operational continuity with parts, inventory, SAP data integrity, and stakeholder communication.
