Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and evolve the global product strategy and vision for Visa Direct’s FX portfolio, including identifying/prioritizing opportunities and setting portfolio investment priorities.
  • •Own the end-to-end product lifecycle across multiple FX products, translating strategy into roadmaps, success metrics, and aligned delivery with Engineering.
  • •Drive post-launch success and ROI, including customer adoption, usage growth, revenue/margin performance, operational health, and course-correcting as needed.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional efforts to deliver a seamless customer experience across Visa Direct money movement services.
  • •Build and lead a product team of Product Managers by hiring, developing, mentoring, coaching, and scaling product processes and operating mechanisms (embedded with AI).

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of product management experience in payments, financial services, fintech, or related technology industries, delivering complex products in large matrixed organizations.
  • •Own a portfolio or platform of products by defining multi-year product strategy, managing roadmaps and trade-offs, and delivering business outcomes.
  • •Deep domain expertise in cross-border payments and FX, including currency conversion/trading, pricing models, liquidity management, settlement workflows, treasury operations, and risk/regulatory constraints.
  • •Proven leadership and team management experience leading/coaching product teams or product managers, with ability to build talent pipelines and scale a product organization.
  • •Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and commercial acumen connecting product decisions to business metrics (revenue growth, margins, ROI, customer satisfaction).
