Key Responsibilities

  • •Actively participate in the plant SAFE program and ensure safety policies and industrial housekeeping are followed.
  • •Oversee and operate packaging and mixing equipment, keeping processes compliant with SOPs and validated parameters and documenting set points.
  • •Perform inventory checks of raw and packaging materials for the daily production schedule.
  • •Operate mixing/transfer systems using PLC, observing flowmeters and pressure gauges, turning valves, and starting pumps to transfer chemicals.
  • •Verify packaged product quality (weight tolerances, appearance, DOT labeling, and batch/identification numbers) and guide/train new or temporary employees.

Key Requirements
