Key Responsibilities

•Month-End Close: Own core close processes for assigned areas such as cash automation, AP, accruals, and prepaids, etc. while ensuring the ledger is audit-ready and compliant.
•Modernize Financial Operations: Identify and lead automation initiatives for close workflows, leveraging ERP functionality (NetSuite) and building AI agents to improve quality and reduce time-to-close.
•FP&A Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally to provide data-driven insights, supporting budget vs. actual analyses.
•Compliance & Audit: Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to help manage federal and SALT compliance, ensuring a seamless and efficient audit process.
•Scale Systems & Controls: Maintain and enhance SOX-lite internal controls and documentation as we transition toward a more mature, automated reporting environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment.
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
•Strong working knowledge of US GAAP
•Hands-on experience with NetSuite (preferred) and expert-level knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
•Comfortable with AI tools and exploring AI agents to support scaling processes
