Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and maintain HSE management systems, policies, and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • •Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and recommend control measures.
  • •Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
  • •Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses, then plan corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve HSE performance.
  • •Develop and deliver HSE training, monitor HSE performance indicators, prepare HSE reports, and support continuous improvement through lessons learned and feedback mechanisms.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience with 5 years of relevant experience (2 years in GCC is a plus).
  • •Diploma in NEBOSH or Level 6 Diploma in OHS, or equivalent HSE qualification.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in any related Engineering course or a related field.
  • •Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations, integrated management systems, and audit qualifications (e.g., ISO 45001 OHSMS and EMS 14001).
  • •Certified Fire Safety/Engineering plus certifications/training such as accident investigation, scaffolding, fire safety, and rigging; SAP/ERP functional skills preferred.
