Key Responsibilities

•Set up and operate injection molding equipment: start up machines, monitor quality, and adjust settings to maintain efficient production and required standards.
•Change material and color, review production schedules, and ensure machines run production to meet customer demands.
•Troubleshoot and respond to alarms/requests to correct machine malfunctions and packer/handler problems.
•Oversee packaging procedures, including ensuring quality and housekeeping standards are maintained.
•Cover the supervisor when absent and support training, planning, assigning, and directing work to resolve issues.
