Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and improve curriculum to ensure didactic content meets accreditor standards, and create clinical playbooks for supervision, competency progression, and rotation quality.
  • •Own program outcomes including completion, graduation, ARRT credentialing exam pass rate, and job placement rate; track leading indicators and drive interventions.
  • •Lead accreditation and compliance by serving as the primary academic point of contact for ABHES, including annual reporting and substantive change filings.
  • •Act as a clinical SME for employer partners, supporting discussions on clinical program design.
  • •Build and lead faculty by hiring, onboarding, observing, and developing didactic faculty, lab instructors, and clinical preceptors.

Key Requirements

  • •Texas-based with reliable access to a major airport and availability to travel to partner sites.
  • •Current ARRT R.T.(R) certification.
  • •Current Texas GMRT certificate from the Texas Board of Medical Radiologic Technology.
  • •Prior Program Director experience of an accredited radiography program.
  • •5+ years of clinical experience in radiography and familiarity with accreditation/regulatory compliance (JRCERT, ABHES).
