Borrower Assistant Representative I

Engage with borrowers to resolve repayment of past-due consumer and credit accounts within the Special Assets Department. Contact clients by phone and mail, investigate misapplied payments, and use the Collection System to prioritize delinquent accounts and document all actions. Assess borrowers’ financial capacity, recommend recovery plans ahead of charge-off, and maintain accurate delinquency records while staying current on applicable recovery regulations.
