Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure safety, health, and environment compliance are followed by shift teams.
  • •Allocate resources in each production plant to achieve desired outputs and delivery commitments.
  • •Ensure targeted outputs are achieved consistently according to set plans.
  • •Ensure quality systems, compliance requirements, and SOPs are followed; take corrective and preventive actions when required.
  • •Identify issues and suggest improvements to reduce rejects and waste, working with operations teams and engaging shop floor teams to drive higher performance.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in Production/Manufacturing Engineering/NDT or equivalent.
  • •At least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing/operations.
  • •Demonstrated people management success to drive performance.
  • •Very good leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • •Sound knowledge of quality and productivity improvement tools and techniques.
