Job Summary

Translate customer demand into SKU-level sell-out forecasts that drive buying decisions, inventory planning, and commercial performance. Own sell-out forecast creation and maintenance, apply forecasting models to improve accuracy, and monitor demand trends to support supply and production planning. Partner with global and local merchandising stakeholders to plan new launches, manage product exits, optimize inventory, contribute to assortment planning, and participate in business reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and maintain accurate SKU-level sell-out forecasts in units and value to support buying decisions and commercial performance.
•Execute buying strategies for assigned collections or key markets.
•Monitor demand trends and update forecasts to support supply and production planning.
•Apply forecasting models and analytical insights to improve forecast accuracy and identify risks and opportunities.
•Plan volumes for new product launches, manage product exits, optimize inventory, and collaborate with merchandising teams on assortment/range planning and handovers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Merchandising, Retail, Fashion, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•3-5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Buying, Merchandising Planning, Allocation, or a related area.
•Experience within retail, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer-focused industries.
•Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies and demand planning principles.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite; experience with planning systems such as APTEAN or o9 is advantageous.
