Key Responsibilities

  • •Clean and disinfect poultry houses and equipment, including using a commercial pressure washer on wet/slick floors.
  • •Remove used litter and place new shavings in poultry houses following cleaning.
  • •Move birds as needed between growing, laying/pedigree, and live haul loading areas, ensuring required loadout steps.
  • •Perform weekly maintenance and safety checks and help maintain tractors, pressure washers, litter trucks, trailers, and mechanical equipment.
  • •Support sanitation and housekeeping across working areas and perform other assigned duties such as inspections, equipment repairs, and farm cleanup.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no employment gaps greater than 6 months in the past 36 months.
