Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain expert knowledge of Visa Acceptance Solutions (VAS), CyberSource, and Authorize.net and support discovery sessions to capture requirements and success criteria.
  • •Collaborate with Direct Sales to acquire new merchants and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities through proof-of-value demonstrations and ongoing technical guidance.
  • •Design merchant payment ecosystems and execute REST API integrations, including demonstrating webhook events and running code using VS Code and GitHub.
  • •Create architecture diagrams and technical validation documents to support implementation teams and provide tailored presentations for technical and executive audiences.
  • •Partner with internal teams to relay market feedback, contribute to RFI/RFP responses, maintain detailed records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SharePoint, and share best practices.
