Build and run the operational infrastructure behind an AI smart assistant, leading execution across markets. Own office setup, entity incorporation, payroll and local operations, and manage vendors and service providers. Lead and develop Business Operations Partners, support recruiting operations and recruiter onboarding, and plan operational logistics for events and offsites. Track initiatives to ensure timely completion and improve processes to increase speed and reliability as the company scales.
