Job Summary

Lead planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting for FPSO EPCI projects from tender through commissioning. Drive integrated Level 3 schedules, manage risks and resource optimization, coordinate with Project Controls and cross-functional teams, and deliver accurate forecasts and client-facing reporting to ensure on-time project execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide planning supervision, direction, and leadership for the project planning team
•Responsible for the planning, discipline, and delivery of the project
•Manage client interface and provide leadership to all reporting and control requirements
•Collaborate with the Project Manager/Director and Project Controls Manager to forecast the project status and alternatives
•Develop and maintain integrated Level 3 schedules for FPSO EPCI covering all project phases

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Project Management/Engineering/Construction/Business Management or equivalent combinations of technical training or experience
•15+ years of EPCIC experience with Offshore Oil and Gas projects / FPSO Projects
•Planning/Scheduling experience for Large FPSO or Topside Fabrication projects preferred
•Solid command of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office software
•Ability to use advanced features in Excel (curves, histograms, dynamic tables, formulas, etc.)
