Key Responsibilities

  • •Support day-to-day EHS operations for Body in White and Stamping.
  • •Assist with development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS Management System elements for all manufacturing operations.
  • •Attend tier meetings, resolve issues on the floor, and coach EHS employee engagement processes.
  • •Conduct health risk assessments, draft monitoring plans, and perform industrial hygiene monitoring for new and evolving processes.
  • •Lead incident analysis to identify RCCA and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum BS/BA in occupational health, environmental science, engineering, business, or a related EHS field.
  • •ASP/CSP certification highly preferred.
  • •3+ years of environmental, health & safety experience and 3+ years in related industries (e.g., automotive, semiconductor, solar, battery).
  • •Hands-on experience with LOTO, machine guarding, ergonomics, education/training, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
  • •Strong ability to influence and communicate effectively with manufacturing teams and other stakeholders, with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
