Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in natural science, environmental science, or engineering.
  • •4+ years of environmental experience, or 2+ years plus successful completion of the Tyson Foods Environmental Trainee program; food production industry experience is a plus.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to use compliance databases such as eCAT and Incident Tracker.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of team members (bilingual skills are a plus).
  • •Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to drive concurrent projects to completion and influence across the organization (project management concepts and techniques).
