Key Responsibilities

•Lead Envision technical delivery on complex infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and WSP quality standards
•Guide project teams in applying the Envision framework across planning, design, construction, and operations
•Integrate sustainability strategies addressing climate resilience, carbon, energy, water, materials, and quality of life outcomes
•Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to embed sustainability into infrastructure decision-making
•Mentor and train project teams, strengthening Envision capability across Quebec and nationally

Key Requirements

•6–10 years of experience providing technical leadership in sustainable infrastructure and buildings
•Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or a related field
•Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP) credential in good standing; Envision Verifier is an asset
•Demonstrated expertise delivering Envision projects across Quality of Life, Leadership, Resource Allocation, Natural World, and Climate & Resilience
•Strong understanding of Envision levels of achievement, baselining, documentation, and verification pathways
