Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end execution for Collaborative, including production, vendor management, run-of-show, ancillary programming, and on-site leadership.
•Manage all logistics across the full conference footprint — general sessions, breakouts, customer dinners, receptions, executive programs, and other ancillary events tied to the conference.
•Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing stakeholders to align on audience targeting, programming priorities, and post-event follow-up.
•Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; proactively flag risks and keep cross-functional workstreams on track.
•Ensure consistent brand standards across all Collaborative touchpoints.

Key Requirements

•5–8 years of experience in event marketing or experiential marketing with direct ownership of large-scale conference execution (500+ attendees, multi-day, multi-track).
•Proven ability to manage complex event logistics across a full conference footprint, including ancillary events, executive programs, and third-party activations.
•Strong project management skills; able to run multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing detail or budget discipline.
•Clear, proactive communicator who keeps stakeholders aligned and programs on track.
•Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
