Maintenance Inventory Coordinator

Manage and maintain VMI inventory for maintenance materials by monitoring inventory levels, tracking facility assets, and running inventory reports. Coordinate with vendor contacts, maintain vendor price tables, and investigate inventory discrepancies with the maintenance supervisor and vendors. Support MaintainX reporting and work orders, prepare required correspondence, and assist with special projects and backup duties while participating in safety programs.
