Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead overall site operations and business performance for the Micron Account – Taichung Site, including customer satisfaction, P&L ownership, and budget management.
  • •Serve as the primary interface to Micron to ensure alignment with Applied’s Vision, Mission, and Values.
  • •Drive technically oriented, timely responses and proactively develop high-value service solutions.
  • •Build and maintain a capable workforce for current and future service requirements, focusing on employee development and engagement.
  • •Define and monitor site-level performance metrics and report progress against account and business unit goals.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in semiconductor field service, preferably with exposure to multi-site service operations.
  • •5+ years of people management experience leading and developing multi-layered teams.
  • •Technical expertise in modules such as PVD, CVD, Etch, FEP, CMP, or IMP.
  • •Strong customer relationship skills to build long-term partnerships.
  • •Fluent English and Chinese communication.
