Key Responsibilities

•Engage with local business stakeholders and regional teams (Finance, Commercial, Operations, Support) to gather feedback, identify pain points, and refine feature requests; consolidate input to identify high-impact opportunities.
•Translate operational challenges into structured business cases and define clear problems, success metrics, and value assessments.
•Lead Go-To-Market orchestration for product initiatives across commercial operations, finance, legal, PR, and marketing; develop deployment playbooks, FAQs, and training materials.
•Act as the primary point of contact between product and local/regional teams; maintain alignment through regular updates and track rollout performance, adoption, and feedback.
•Drive initiatives toward operational excellence for existing vendor partners, such as improving restaurant efficiency and platform health.

Key Requirements

•3–6 years of experience in product operations, commercial programme management, or product-related roles in a multi-region or global company
•Deep understanding of vendor operational excellence, order fulfillment and partner enablement for 2-sided marketplace platforms; previous experience with restaurants/delivery/logistics/hospitality partners is valuable
•Strong analytical and business acumen; able to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into recommendations
•Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and execute product rollouts, managing dependencies and ensuring alignment with operational requirements
•Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially in fast-paced or matrixed environments
