  • •Perform end-to-end testing, programming downloads, startup, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by identifying, examining, diagnosing, and repairing equipment and systems on-site
  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for installation and repairs, forecasting issues and synchronizing on-site work
  • •Use software/technology and hand tools with blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair HVAC units
