Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • •At least 6 years of experience in strategic operations, project management, management consulting, HR strategy, chief of staff, HRBP role, or a combination
  • •At least 1 year of experience in roadmap alignment, governance structures, and change management
  • •At least 3 years of experience working with senior stakeholders across different business functions
  • •At least 3 years of experience writing communications and presentations for leadership and non-leadership audiences
