HR Generalist / HR BP

Support managers and employees on day-to-day HR topics, partner with line managers on performance, talent management, and organizational changes, and oversee HR operations from onboarding to payroll coordination. You’ll handle employee relations, compliance with Greek labor law, recruitment coordination, and HR projects while contributing to engagement and culture in a large Greek operations context.
