Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive country and regional project management across Africa, establishing cadence, accountability, and delivery against priorities.
  • •Lead cross-cutting initiatives across multiple markets, coordinating country/regional/global teams to align on approach and outcomes.
  • •Coordinate special projects and task forces assigned by Africa leadership, building plans and delivering results.
  • •Develop a deep understanding of the Africa competitive landscape and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • •Partner with Analytics, Finance, and country teams to define, track, and report on OKRs while surfacing risks and opportunities early.
