Join Thermo King to provide global systems engineering leadership for controller development across transport refrigeration and auxiliary power systems. •Provide global control system engineering support of transport refrigeration units and auxiliary power units.
•Coordinate electronics and software design efforts to capture requirements, document designs and specifications, and meet milestones and schedules.
•Partner with product management, project management, and platform teams to ensure new products perform as required.
•Contribute to assurance that technical performance meets system platform requirements.
•Maintain and develop product development tools to improve development, testing, and troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field with 2+ years of systems engineering experience.
•2+ years of systems engineering experience and experience designing and supporting controller solutions.
•Experience working with Phase Gate and Agile development methodologies.
•Hands-on experience with the embedded controller development lifecycle, including requirements, design, implementation, integration testing, deployment, and postproduction support (plus).
